He is polite and he finally did what he promised. The problem is that he was sending me not-tested application in order for me to test it by myself while testing was part of his job. There were a lot of bugs and I had to find them and show these bugs to him. This was his job and not mine and this costed me a lot of time. I do not write these to punish him but this is the truth and I am writing these for him to be more careful in the future projects. I would personally give him another chance. He gave me a good offer. He was not in time and there were a lot of bugs but he finally completed the Project and not quited. He also seems to be a honest guy which is also very important. I give him a 6.5 of 10.

The project I hired him to work on, is of 2 parts. The first part is a login mechanism. It was anticipated to be finished in 2 days. At the time of writing this review, it's about 2 weeks and it's not finished, thus the project ended. That should say, more than enough.

I wish I had this guy working in my company.
