Mr. Leung is now working in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), a dynamic, international research university, as the Assistant Computer Officer. In his current role, he is responsible for the coordination of all hardware, software and system engineering activities related to the design and development of the company’s projects. He is the project manager of a vehicle schedule and management system for the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation, system analyst of a manufacturing work flow controller system for a leading fabless semiconductor company. In his 5 years of software development and project management experiences, Mr. Leung has performed various projects. He developed a 3D body scanner system, a government-funding project, for garment measurement by scaling human body as it is, managed the Feather Sorting System, which is an auto-categorized system, applied and enhanced the manufacturing precision of Hong Kong manufactories. Mr. Leung specialized in the logistics and information system development. He participated in the development of the Intelligent Transportation Logistics Decision Support (ITLDS) system, which provided intelligent support to complex inter-model transportation and logistics decisions. Later on, he managed the one-stop services management system project for the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation. Mr. Leung holds a Master in Computer Science of Information Technology from the Open University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Computer Science from the GuangDong Polytechnic Normal University. Also, he has obtained a Executive Diploma in Transportation Logistics Management from HKUST.
