Hi I am new here as a freelancer. I wanted to build my career with you. I am proficient in microsoft office applications such as excel, word, power point and access. I am fluent typist that can type 55-58 words per minute. I am very dedicated to work, very strict to meet deadlines. I am technical support/Customer support in time warner cable supporting various customers in Mid ohio, southwest ohio, northeast ohio, wisconsin, kansas city for 5 months. I learned a lot on how to make sales and handles frustrated customers. I am very keen to details and my top priority is to let the customers smile after we ended the conversation over the phone. for me that is a good quality of service. I do believe in saying " The expert in anything was once a beginner". Here i am a beginner and will be expert soon. Thank you
