I have worked in both a management and administrative capacity for more than 10 years. I used to work in the call center and BPO industry and have handled different positions such as being a manager, supervisor, quality analyst, trainer and as an agent for different accounts ranging from travel, financial, technical and customer service where I have honed my managerial and administrative skills. I am extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, and am also very familiar with the internet and all its applications. I have worked with many clients across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Denmark and Germany. I have successfully completed projects involving the set-up and maintenance of CRM, email marketing, research and content creation. I am a well-traveled person and been to many countries in Asia and Europe and used to live and study in Switzerland where I learned Italian language. I am fluent in English both in written and oral.
