Objectives
The following objectives were to be achieved:
- Intranet portal hosted on a cloud platform
- Custom branding with a consistent look and feel across the sites,
- Different departmental sites – Training, HR, IT, Finance, External Affairs, etc
- Landing page with CEO Announcements, Event Calendar, important links, Weather, and other announcements.
- OOTB List forms customization for client side validations., multiple attachments
- Document management capabilities for all departments
- Document center, Document routing and tagging with managed metadata, term store.
- Approval workflows for forms for Fleet Management (Vehicle Management), Building Maintenance (Center Service Request details), Contract Request, Invoice Approval (for the employees), Credit Limit Change Form, etc. to name a few
- For IT department, an Issue Equipment form was developed in InfoPath for them to fill out the equipment details for physical asset management and audit purpose

SharePoint Online Intranet Portal Responsive [Pace, FL, USA]

Objective:
Our solution for client had to achieve the following –
1. A visually interactive application for the employees which would provide them a career road map to opportunities available within their departments and possibly cross functional, dynamically
2. Provide the Managers and HR department with an intuitive interface to manage the application with minimum manual inputs.
3. Search functionality to identify functions such as job family, graders, cross-functional possibilities, job descriptions and eligibility criteria.
Solutions:
Beginning with analysis of their data architecture in SQL Server, the integration of the data was made in SharePoint platform, using Layer 2 connectivity. The data was fetched from SQL server and inserted it to a SharePoint Custom list, which made it easier to manage.
JSPlumb, an open source toolkit, was used for GUI to represent the career map nodes and flowcharts dynamically with
Careermap with Zooming and draggable features.

Organization Chart - SharePoint Server 2013, Pega, Cambridge

This project is about intranet company site in Office 365.

The site contains Landing page with Announcements, Breaking News, News web part. This all 3 web parts have expiry dates. These all 3 web parts information is loaded from lists, and these lists have an approval workflow, So all the news and announcements displayed on the landing page are approved first.

For this all 3 web parts, there is a tracking information also saved, It means which news/Announcements/Breaking news is clicked by which user and when. We are keeping these records also.

It also has other web parts like Upcoming Birthdays, Work Anniversary, FAQ, Tasks, Calendar.
It also includes Quick links and Yammer web part.
There are multiple sub sites also, which also has its landing page with News, Breaking News, Announcements web part.
On the Root site's Home page, consolidated data is displayed in this 3 webparts from root site and sub sites.

Restaurant - Office 365 Intranet site - CA, USA

This project is Office 365 Intranet social media site, In which employees can post the blogs and all internal and external users - family can like the post, provide comments on a post and share it to other social network. Blogs are posted category wise and in each menu, blogs of particular category are displayed.
In the blog contents, user can add any formatted text in WYSIWYG text editor.
User can add Image, Images slider with multiple Images. Image slider can be start, pause and stopped at any time.
Blogs can also include videos, embedded videos also.
Blog posts will be archived after 1 month.
It also has have an idea section, where user can provide suggestions to the site admin.

The Post- Social Media Intranet site, features like FACEBOOK

A landing page was designed for new joining employees which provided them with all the information and instructions required for their orientation which included all the training material – documents, videos(reusable in other pages),useful links and orientation schedule.
This landing page was a SharePoint custom page layout with SharePoint web parts.
Its CMS where admin can manage all the contents from back-end and will be changed in front-end
The one-click SharePoint deployment solution included:
HR Process: -
- This displays the whole orientation schedule, from Day 1 to Month 3.
Video Playlist: -
- It has videos from the video library, YouTube videos & videos from Brightcove cloud environment, using JW Player tool to play the videos.
- This player comes with a playlist being displayed below the player.
- a reusable video tool i.e. - can be configured anywhere in the site.

- Useful links for the employees so as to help them with all the resources at a clic
