After graduating from Waikato University in New Zealand with a Psychology and Management degree, I joined TMP.Worldwide as a Recruitment Consultant with the Alectus team. I then moved into Career Management working in both Auckland and the Waikato in New Zealand. During this time I managed the delivery of a diverse range of career programmes both with individuals and in workshops, I also worked as the Programme Manager, managing the programme delivery and the career coaches. I continued to work on HR, psychological assessment administration and various recruiting projects on a contract basis, before moving to Singapore. After some time in Singapore I joined Hudson based in Brisbane as a Senior Career Coach and also participating in a number of assessments projects. Recently I returned to Singapore and continue my work in career coaching and career freelancing. My main strengths are my recruiting background, career coaching, communication skills, resume and cover letter writing skills, organisational and administration ability, and my motivational approach to career development.
