My business consists of a multi office tax preparation company. I currently manage the QuickBooks file and have to stay on top of it for about 2-4 hours a month. This consists of ensuring credit card expenses are classified weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Id like to make this relationship to the point where the person taking care of this will provide me with monthly financials with comparitive YTD performance. During tax season (Jan-April) running payroll, ensuring each employee is setup correctly takes about an hour every 2 weeks. Outside of tax season, running bi-weekly payroll take 15 minutes. Once I find the right person this project could expand to additional tasks.
