Looking for a Writing Team to work with!!

1. You manage 3 + quality writers, (I don't mean writers that simply write articles, and content, I mean writers who can research, understand instructions and can take on any general business, social sciences and health subject works and complete it competently. 2. Your ALWAYS meet deadlines (If I give you a deadline, you either tell me you will meet it & meet it comfortably or you reject the job) 3. The quality of works is always above par (I dont want jobs that just passes/meet the criteria) 4. You're happy to meet your clients (my client's needs where possible) If you qualify for these criterion, then read on, otherwise, thank you for your time. a. do you have the drive it takes to make your team into a full time academic/content writing business? (I'm not offering to employ your full team fulltime, but rather offering to add a valuable customer (me) into your clientele. b. Your individual writers must be able to output 1,500 quality words/or more + research in any given 24 hour period. c. in cases where the work required needs amendments, your team will be happy to work on amendments for me. d. you being the manager/team leader have an IM program and you will be available for at least 10 hours a day. If you can fulfil the 2 sets of criterion above and now that I've set your requirements, here is what I will offer you. i) I can offer you between 5,000 words to 25,000 works on a weekly basis. ii) I work primarily in Australia, so therefore my peak seasons where I require this much words will occur in April, May, September, October & November of each year. iii) a pre-determined negotiated amount for 500 word allotments or 1000 word allotments in AUD. iv) payment methods may vary depending on your requirements, can will be settled on a weekly basis after completion of works. ** Make a bid, and also your offer what you want to charge for 500 words or 1000 words clearly stated in your bid.
