Customize and Redesign my Rap Battle Plugin

I need someone to recreate this plugin for me. I have it partially working on my site, but I want it redesigned. The current stage of my plugin is actually somewhat completed, and somewhat unfinished. I have a very basic setup of what I really want, and I want to advance those sections through the changes in the document I added. So basically these are all upgrades. This involves rappers being able to invite other users to a battle via invitation. Once the other user accepts, they enter the battle zone. One user gets 3 minutes to go, and then they submit it. Then once the other user logs on gets the same 3 minutes to battle back. Then once that user submits their battle, the battle ends and is uploaded to the Rap Battle page. Then other users can vote on whose spit was better. I need help customizing the plugin where the last seller left off, including adding a way to time the 3 minutes, uploading to the rap battle page, and a few more details. But. For instance, the "Successfully Submitted" and "timer" do not exist. I want those added in. Etc. with all that is in the file. Overall, it works it a very simple way, but I don't like it. I want the new revisions I made in the description of each page on the document. It's probably possible for you and your team to simply advance each section and customize it to my specifications. Here's what works: 1. Search for user. 2. Locate user. 3. Send user an invite. 4. Invitation sent. 5. Invitation received. 6. Select who goes first. 7. Users can write. 8. Battle uploaded to battles page. 9. Users can vote. 10. IPs make it so users can only vote once. Then thats pretty much it. It all works, but its sloppy and out of structure and looks unappealing. I want it to look just or nearly exact to the ones I designed. So basic coding (to which I am not savvy) and a taste for design, as well as some startup creation skills, are all that is necessary. You can use what the last programmer left off with or completely erase it. Your choice. As long as it works and looks exactly like the document.
