Create a 3D character for AE

I have a need to design characters and some of my own animations. I need it for After Effects. Did your group do it? I need to create a 3d character with actions of walking, standing, sitting, expressions with many emotions, mouth eating, hand holding food to his mouth. Here is an example video for the character I want to create. But I want to be a 3D character with excellent expressions, eating emotions, hands bringing food to mouth, moving left and right
