HELP - my EC2 on AWS has stopped responding

I am getting it hanging on "Establishing secure connection" whenever I try and load my website. I also get "Error connection reset". It's a AWS EC2. This is the first time this has happened. As the server isn't responding I can't get in to do anything. Note: I have already tried restarting it.
