Android VIN number scanning App

A VIN Number (Car barcodes) Scanning app, We want to create a database with different entries detailing the cars we scan and the services we make. Database: A database called "Services" which is going to be Local on the mobile computer ; And also in the cloud hosting at Siteground (mySQL). This database will have four tables: -vehicles -customers -services -and transactions each one with its respective data-entry (ability to Add, Edit, Delete the data already entered) (in the data-entry forms you must take the vin-number code: manually or by means of the barcode reader) Be able to place multiple services in a single scan. Synchronization: Both databases (mobile and server) must be synchronized in both directions. Automatically and through a manual option in the Android mobile application; Simultaneous synchronization between the server and the mobile device, the mobile retains up to 3 months of data (or until it detects that the space is getting full). Synchronization is in both directions where the mobile sends towards the cloud(Server) all the changes that he has had in his tables and in the opposite direction refers to the mobile receives the changes of all tables except for the table of transactions or vehicle scans. Reports: Also a screen and printer query of all transactions issued in a date period (from/to) of the scanned cars, for customer/service comparison, from both databases, both from the mobile device and the cloud(Server) database. Compatible with Android 8 and Higher. Test device we will be using is a Cypher RS35 Mobile.
