Build me a application

I want an application in which user and delivery boy can register by there self, According to the profile role UI will differ. If a user logged in then user UI show to them with menu and food items and If a delivery boy logged in then Partner UI show to them. User UI: user can place order and also can submit if they have extra food in there home, for submitting extra food there is a time period in which they have to place collection request,l after a time interval this function should be disabled. Also user can update and see food quality on it. Delivery boy UI: He can receive from where he have to collect food and also deliver food. He can update quality and quantity about food. for reference swiggy, zomato, ubereats application.
