Greeting everyone I have a project that I wish to accomplish, and the idea revolves around spreading culture and education between employees using documents, letters, brochures, and decrees, provided the program’s idea is simple, not complex, easy to use, and professionally designed. The application is by designing a program for smartphones (1) android (2) iOS (3) desktop application. (Dual language Arabic – English) File uploads will be through upload(PDF,Text) websites such as OneDrive, Dropbox, and I do not wish to host websites etc. as they are costly monthly and require constant followup. I need someone who is highly experienced not a beginner, The designed has been a program similar to the idea. The qualified person must be trustworthy, helpful, honest, and must guide me towards what is the best and easiest. He must not withhold any piece of information that may be helpful in the project. Using the computer program, decrees, letters, and brochures are uploaded and are published on Smartphone Smartphone users can browse letters, decrees, and guides. They can receive notifications and send requests and offer suggestions as well as prior experiences. In addition, a feature for the creation of sorted folders in the three programs. For example: letters - decrees - brochures - reports - performance evidence and some other categories, along with permitting reclassification or adding new folders or deleting them. 1. Letters: providing the option to show transactions according to category 1- subject 2- year 3- class 2. Favorites: The option to add letters, decisions, performance evidence, and reports to favorites. 3. Questionnaire: designing a template for the survey to send it to whom has the program on his smartphone. The receiver can then participate in the survey and view the result after finishing the survey immediately. 4. Notifications: Adding notifications for the user of the presence of new (letter - performance evidence - report - brochure - survey - event - meeting - conference - request) Adding a notification option via email to whom wishes. 5. Sending: The ability to send all documents in the program to the user’s email. 6. Calendar: Syncing the phone’s calendar with the program’s calendar when accepting an invitation to a conference or meeting, the acceptance is added to the phone’s or program’s calendar. 7. Notepad: Notepad design inside the program: 8. Suggestions: Adding suggestions by users and send it to the admin by E-mail 9. Experiences: Writing daily experiences of users (every user writes his experience and it is shown to all user has the smartphone and all user get it by iOS and Android program 10. Report: Number of users that have downloaded the iOS and Android program. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly report of the number of users that use the program. Data report (numbers) and data charts Reports of the numbers and date of addition: letter - performance evidence - report - brochure - surveys - events - meetings - conferences requests 11. Program registration feature: Allowing registration in the program to whomever wishes, and creating a database (phone number, career position, level of education, email) that user used it when they registration. 12. General plan Tasks added by the admin for all users and especially managers (daily - weekly - monthly tasks) ( must has reminder alerts for daily after 2 hours - for weekly reminder alerts every 2 days and last days for weekly - for monthly reminder alerts every week start week and the end of week ) along with providing addition and removal by admin only . There is a daily reminder for the user of the daily tasks and a reminder of the weekly tasks at the beginning of every week and in the middle of the same week. A reminder of the monthly tasks at the beginning and end of each week (For predetermined members identified by their phone numbers and email.) 13. Note: Design must be in a professional level for the smartphone applications - and desktop applications should also be easy and professional.
