Unity Based AR application for Detecting Names using OCR and then displaying for details around it -- 2

I want a POC where we use Unity to create an AR application that does the following things: 1. Home screen button to open up the camera 2. Opens the Camera and detects the word in front of it on a paper 3. You can use Google OCR or anything to detect the word, I even don't mind a local word list - If it works it works 4. I'll provide an API link that will return some JSON data for a particular text. You need to hit this API and get the details. Mind you this API is a flask application and not a part of this project and would be provided by me. 5. Show this information properly in a text box on the screen in the camera and hence the AR feature. You can explore Vuforia for this, I am also open to any other better ideas. My budget is 2000 - 3000 rupees and my time frame is of 5-7 days with some regular updates daily or every two days.
