I will be shooting and editing the music video, and then I would like to hand over the finished product for an animator to add on his/her work.

I have 8 years in the animation industry, i work with Adobe After Effects, Flash and Moho. I can work effectively on your project if you need the heart to be a 2d Character...however i wouldn't be able to execute on the project if it is a 3d character.
