Build it in [login to view URL] to test and submit. See attached document with nice table showing all conditions. But I will try to write it out for you here: - 12 volt power supply must be used to power Arduino. (Make it simple and efficient for power) - There is momentary switch (normally open), On/Off switch, Buzzer and 2 LEDs. - Depending on the condition of the switches the buzzer and LED will sound and flash. For details about the timing and conditions see the attached document. I will email you a shared link where you can build it and test in my tinkercad.
