I have a software and web development company [login to view URL] since 9 yers now, located in Albania (eastern Europe). As technology innovation rising around the Globe a huge demand for developers is rising progressively and very fast. There is demand for developers everywhere but my target is western European market. The reason is that Albania is near shore to any European country. Albania has the youngest population in Europe and is investing in tech education. Many youngsters are joining tech education and the numbers are rising. Albania has a lot to offer as the youngest population in Europe, near shore, lowest tax on profit for outsourcing tech services, multi-language speaking population especially English, great time zone for Europeans, great mediterranean weather, a hidden gem and of course the lowest prices in Europe for software testing and development.
I would like to have a written proposal of 1-2 pages as an offer for cooperating on outsourcing development services by offering developers or developing projects with different companies anywhere in Europe but not only. We develop in many technologies as Java, .Net, php and many more.
My target group are mostly western European and Nordic countries but not only. Mostly medium size software development companies in a need of growth and looking for extra help of developers. There are thousands of developers needed in Europe while we have may to offer in Albania. The companies can full-fill their needs by hiring young professional developers and have their own remote team in our office.
