139377 micro & master sites project

I want a simple to use open source Content Management System, containing a two basic blueprint sites, that I can then replicate with different content. One will be a clone of [login to view URL] The other will be a clone of [login to view URL] this is a more complex web site. This site will not be replicated - it is a single site, however it must still be possible to change look and feel and colours. It must be possible to pass data records between the DB of the first type of site (there will be n microsites) and the DB of the second site (the single master site), via a queue, which one or many admin users will administer.
