ASP/SQL Web Programmer Needed

Need someone to develop a small database driven website portal. Requirments: Website to accept and manage software license subscriptions. The website should have the following features. 1. Utilize SQL database. We currently host our websites and databases on godaddy. 2. Use create and use a userid table to maintain both subscription users, as well as administrative users. 3. include an admin only area to maintain software products and subscription information. 4. Accept SSL URL requests from within our software to validate registration number and provide data via http back to software application to interpret accordingly. 5. Generate registration numbers upon successful signup of beta/trial programs, as well as paid members. 6. Interface with Paypal shopping cart to facilitate payment. Process successful payment responses from paypal and adjust membership/subscription options in real time. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DATABASE STRUCTURES, SECURITY, AND PAYPAL INTERFACES.
