I require a Revit model to be done of the attached house, and a set of drawings with the following: 1. Existing Site Plan (I will provide a map / sketch – but see attached example). 2. Existing Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor o The second floor will have a dormer as per the attached. 3. Existing elevations from all sides. 4. Existing long section – from driveway to the rear garden. 5. Proposed Site Plan 6. Proposed Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor o These will basically be converting 7. Proposed Elevations from all sides. [These will not change that much] 8. Proposed Long section – from driveway to the rear garden. I have floor plan of GF and FF, which can used for reference – but it will need furniture added to it. The furniture needs to be relatively simple. Please use the title block as per the attached. I need the drawings in line with the attached example which have all of the above shown as an example – in both PDF and DWG. But please also provide the BIM model. Please see line weights, etc – its important that these are followed.
