ActiveX Component in C++

The project is to create an ActiveX Component in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (ATL DLL). The component shall have the following interface: Inititalize, GetDeviceInfo, GetSerialInfo, SetLed, AutoTuning, SetBrightness, SetContrast, SetGain, GetError, GetImage, StartFlatCapture, StartRollCapture, LiveCapture, StopLive, Clean, Finalize All the inteface functions are going to be stubs. The component shall register itself in the Register via DllRegisterServer. The component interface must be referenced in C#, VB, C++. We will escrow 25% in the acceptance of the project. 25% when the first prototype is released and 50% when the componet is accepted.
