We can do the cited activity in C#.net. The actual time required and cost involved can be finalized after having a look into the complete requirements. After delivering the finished product we provide 3 months warranty, during that period if any bugs are reported we fix them for free of cost. If required we could package the software using InstallShield, that will be useful in deploying the software in different machines. By doing so, you will be able to do upgrade of the software, when new versions are coming up.
