Weekly schedule - C program

Given a .csv file (id; rating level - A =high rating, -B = low rating; title; D = daily transmission or S = weekly transmission; duration, in minutes; type of show C = cultural, E = entertainment, I = information, and F = fiction) containing information about 6 tv shows, the program should ask by order when to run each show during the week. Whenever a choice by the user colides with a previous choice, the program should alert the user and prompt for a new option. If a low rating program is being scheduled for prime time (19:00-23:00) the user should get an alert and decide if he should remain with that option. Additionaly, on a different module, the program should compare with another .csv file containing information about the scheduling of a competitor (day of the week - from 1 (sunday) to 7(saturday); hour for the begging of the show; minutes; title; and type of show - in this case, same as before). If there is a colision in time, the program should prompt the user and ask if he wants to keep that option. The program should be separated in modules using CodeBlocks.
