Build me software / program which can save user information into database (similar to gym sign-in)

Create a software / program for scanning & storing user information into database (Microsoft SQL Server Express (Free Edition)). (Save the Database in D:/ drive only, Requires Username & Password to open the raw Database file) The program will look similar to Gym Membership During Software startup The Screen will show 2 buttons 1) Guest Sign-in 2) Admin Sign-in === Guest Sign-in === After Guest Sign-in, The Screen will show 2 buttons (No Username & Password is required) 1) Sign-in button 2) Sign-out button New User Check-in Workflow 1) Receptionist Click Sign-in button 2) Receptionist will scan the NRIC barcode (Allow Receptionist to Enter / Edit NRIC) 3) If No User's Information found in Database. Receptionist will Enter Full Name, Phone number, Address 4) Receptionist click Sign-in button 5) User Information (Full Name, NRIC, Phone & Address), Check-in Date & Time (Based on Computer Date & Time) will be saved into the database 6) The Screen will go back to Page where it will show Sign-in & Sign-out Button Check-out Workflow 1) Receptionist Click Sign-out 2) Receptionist will scan the NRIC barcode 3) Receptionist Click Sign-out, Check-out Date & Time (Based on Computer Date & Time) will be saved into the database Existing User Check-in Workflow 1) Receptionist Click Sign-in button 2) Receptionist will scan the NRIC barcode (Allow Receptionist to Enter / Edit NRIC) 3) If User's Information is found in the database. The screen will show Name, NRIC, Phone & Address on the screen 4) Receptionist click Sign-in button 5) User Information (Full Name, NRIC, Phone & Address), Check-in Date & Time (Based on Computer Date & Time) will be saved into the database 6) The Screen will go back to Page where it will show Sign-in & Sign-out Button === Admin Sign-in === ## Search NRIC ## 1) The Screen Will Prompt for Username & Password 2) Screen will show Search NRIC & Change Password 3) Admin Click Search NRIC 4) Admin will scan the NRIC barcode (Allow Admin to Enter / Edit NRIC) 5) All the Database Entries regarding the NRIC (Full Name, NRIC, Phone & Address) will be poll from the database and be shown on the screen ## Change Password ## 1) Admin click Change Password 2) The Screen Will Prompt for Current Password & New Password & Retype New Password 3) Admin click Save 4) Password will be changed for the Admin
