Hello sir, I read the document. So you want an End-To-End chatting & file sharing App. For files sharing we can also implement End-To-End file sharing, No need to store files temporarly on the server With ElectronJS there will be no problem from my part as i builded all desktop apps (Including project on my portfolio) using this framework. For the backend, I didn't used .Net for a while but i can refresh my knowladge of it. So i am confortable to build this app. Please initiate a chat if you are intrested in my proposal. Thanks!

Currently, I code in python to analyze Dotnet applications like MVC, WebAPI, Asp.Net Core, WCF, Entity, SQL, etc. I have worked as a full-fledged .Net developer in previous organizations in all the technologies mentioned above. I have developed several complete web application professionally. I have gone through the requirement sheet which sounds good to me. Looking forward to working with you.
