The easiest way is to use PowerShell. Install-Module -Name IISAdministration Import-Module -Name IISAdministration Get-IISSite

I have the code to list all sites configured in IIS on hand and can deliver it to you immediately. The application can also list related information like application pools and the application and virtual directories paths for each site.
