General CNC/ G-code programing and operator

First I need to consult with said programer (best candidate would live around Tempe, AZ), then I'll grab a project to be assigned after agreeing to a cost to program/ work if possible (otherwise I'll hire out). The reason I'd prefer they be an operator for CNC is work/ training me, and figuring out part cost. After which I'll figure out the rest. This is why it would be optimal for them to be an operator also. All work in the beginning once setup is very piecemeal so to speak. But it can very easily turn into more work very quickly. I'm in the last stages of starting up, hence the need for help.
