iPad project

I am looking for an experienced iPad developer who can complete a project. The developer should be able to integrate ideas that I add to the project which will be mostly interface related, you should be able to follow my brief and also suggest interesting ways of achieving the functions asked for: The project consists of initially moving, positioning and adding of round png images (template will be provided). Using a toggle edit/play button: 1. Positioning items on the screen by user dragging 2. A way for user to add items to the screen 3. Resizing of items by user using zoom gesture 4. Innovative way for user to change values of the 'object' 5. A way to save the layout into a list of layouts that are stored on the ipad. The user can name each layout. You should have time to dedicate to the project and response in good time to emails Please demonstrate your ability to communicate in english with me by writing a short introduction about your ipad experience whilst bidding. I am happy working with any developer from anywhere in the world as long as communication is good.
