CodeIgniter Expert for New Landing Page

The project is to create a landing page on our existing PHP CodeIgniter site. This will be the first job for you if everything is going well. I will provide the landing page elements through Invison. There is already some page very similar to landing page. You can refer it. I am not only looking for a great Frontend dev for HTML/SASS experienced with Material Design and mobile first responsive websites. I am also looking for someone who I could bring into our full stack development who has expert level experience with the following tech stack that I frequently use. 1. PHP 7.3+ 2. Object oriented programming. 3. MVC (CodeIgniter) 4. Javascript - ES6+ 5. JQuery 6. Vuejs 7. Nodejs 8. Elasticsearch 9. Mysql 10 Dynamodb 11.
