SEO Assistant for Construction Software Developer

We have a website that we are looking to do some SEO and Marketing work on. We have some ideas on what we want to do. We will be doing strictly white-hat SEO and marketing. No link building, no spamming, nothing that doesn't contribute to our end-goal which is increasing value for the customer. We are looking for someone who also has some ideas of their own as well. This means, you should have experience. Some experience with optimizing websites will be helpful. Any companies that offer template services including such things as link building packages or other Black Hat SEO will be ignored. Experience / prior work history with SEO is required. Individuals with tests completed in SEO or SEM will take priority. We will first start with a small project that will require about 1 week of your time at 4-5 hours a day working at the same time as us and occasionally talking through skype. If that project is completed successfully, we will continue to work with you paying a similar rate. We are looking for a long term partner that will help us add value to our website. We will be focusing on organic SEO: driving traffic to our website and increasing value for our customers so that they want to visit our website. Finally, we work from 9-5 and sometimes later during EST in the US. You must be able to work with us at some point during our work day. Preferably for the whole time you are working, but we can negotiate that depending on how well you work. As for who we are, we are a small software developer that creates construction software.
