Teach me c++ from the beginning!

I would like someone to teach me C++ from the very beginning I have little programming knowledge but I have had some experience with web designing, javascript and php. I have tried to learn from some tutorials online but think this will make the learning faster. YOU MUST HAVE .... 1. skype, I must be able to understand you and you must speak good clear English, if I can't understand you then im sorry this won't work. 2. You must have a clear microphone . 3. Teamviewer, so you can control my computer if i get stuck in a lesson , i insist you must have this! (skype share screen doesn't count as you cannot control my computer with that). Please only bid for 1 hour a week. although I will need more then 1 hour a week.
