I am well versed in assisting potential or existing customers/clients before, during and after a purchase of product and service with their relevant questions and suggesting information about other products and services as well. Hello! I am a Computing Science Masters student from Simon Fraser University in Canada. I'm fluent in English and have good TOEFL (101) / IELTS scores-8). Since I'm not taking any courses in this Semester, I'll be free and can work for longer hours with commitment. I love to learn new business skills( Customer Service/ Administrative assistance is what I can learn a lot from) and hence am very excited to apply for this opening.
