Good evening sir / madam Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your project. I have read the full job description and understand what you require. I have over ten years experience in face to face customer service and support. My most recent role that I held for five was based in a high volume government call centre where telephony customer service was our top priority. I also communicated daily with clients by way of email when utilising our online services. With my skill-set I am confident I can complete your project efficiently and also exceed your expectations. I own a fairly recent laptop and PC computer equipped with the Microsoft Office Suite and other software that may assist. I have an average typing speed of 95 WPM with a 98% accuracy rate. This is due to my extensive administration background in the work-force and daily use of a computer. Furthermore, the above mentioned call centre role heavily involved accurate data entry and high attention to detail whilst conversing over the phone. This assisted me greatly in mastering this skill. As I am new to Freelancer I unfortunately do not have any samples of my work as evidence however should you choose to accept my proposal I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte mein Interesse an Ihrem Projekt äußern. Ich bin ein Deutsch-Muttersprachler mit einem Bachelorabscluss. Hauptsächlich arbeite ich aus dem Homeoffice im 3D-Bereich, bin aber nebenbei auch im Customer Support oder VA-Bereich tätig. Während meiner Studienzeit waren Customer Support und VA meine Haupttätigkeiten, daher konnte ich in diesem Feld bereits einiges an Erfahrung sammeln. Da ich auf die "moderne Technik" angewiesen bin, verfüge ich über ein enormes technisches Verständnis und bin immer "up to date" mit den neuesten Softwarelösungen, sowohl Desktop (Windows/Ubuntu) als auch Android. Somit steht einer vielversprechenden und erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit nichts im Wege. Beste Grüße
