Creating a list of contents from one magazine

I have a magazine I edit. Each is between 150 pages and 175 pages long. Each has a contents page. I want a list made of each article, the issue number or date and the name of the author. I want this done in a table in Excel or Word with three columns. If this project is successful I may then ask for an index to be made of the contents but I fear that would be too [login to view URL] you finish work successfully then I'll give you more projects like this.
