For this position we need someone who is extremely reliable and has good problem solving skills. Being able to “turn on” the helpful, patient and upbeat part of your personality for all customer Service About the job: This is a long-term project opportunity. We invest in our employees so that you can take excellent care of our customers. We have done a great job of creating a fun and supportive team environment, even though we all work in different places around the world. Once hired, you will participate in a 2-week paid training program with your managers to familiarize you with our website, customer issues, and proper procedures. Even though you will be working remotely, you will never be alone. After training you will still be in constant contact with other representatives and your manager through instant messenger, or Phone during the regular work day. We also set aside time for daily and weekly meetings. NOTE: This is open to persons living in the United States Only.

Hello, In the last 4 years I was employed as customer service representative, retention L2 and technical support. My experience in customer service is 4 years. During my shifts I dealed with US and Canadian customers. As a customer service representative, I have developed strong communicational and negotiation skills. One of my main duties is to retain customers, explain options and find best options for individual requirements of particular customer, set up new accounts for different details that suite better for customer's needs. These duties require meticulous negotiation skills, and an ability to convey complex ideas clearly, explain customers the policy of the company. Sometimes I have to deal with three-way calls with local providers. I have also gained extensive experience in the field of billing. In particular, through my work with Call Center International, I have become heavily involved in various payments duties: processing payments, applying credits, and etc. I am confident that my experience in the customer service, my ability to work on multiple tasks at the same period and skills in foreign languages qualify me for consideration.
