Purpose: To fulfill the functions of preparing jobs to enter the production line in a manner that will cause the job be done correctly the first time through as per the customer demand. Requirements: Sort incoming customer orders and establish proper priorities. Key into the DVI system all required information from work orders. ( faxes, mail in, phone-in orders, audit and test sample), archive and process redoes assigning proper redo codes Edit jobs from REMO Supply and return frames ( Safety and ValuePak) Transmit outsourced glass orders, specialty jobs, mirrors and 1.74jobs to Japan/Germany Case Management logging Complimentary Voucher logging Mapping the work-ticket to production trays Receiving frames, attaching a pattern to a job, matching frames Running archive reports Record hourly processing numbers Search for order back-ups as required Flexibility to assume other duties as required. Manage E-mail and Interoffice communication system
