You will have to work with a database manually collecting contacts from the database and exporting them. You will have to repeatedly do the same thing over and over again - it is very simple but time consuming. There are 3 simple steps:
1) Adding listed contacts to media list folder (to add you need to do 1 click and then scroll to another and then click);
2) Once you have added 200 emails to media list, you will export the list;
3) You will delete those 200 emails from the list one by one (1 click and then scroll to another and then click)
Once your media list is empty, the above steps will repeat (you will collect another 200 emails to the list, export and delete).
In total you have to export 100K contacts.
