Insobesindere Personen aus dem PMO oder Dokementenmanagement sind von Vorteil Standort: Raum Mainz Branche: Finanzbranche Unterstützung bei Dokumententransfer in WORD Start: Asap Dauer: mehrere Monate Ort: Raum Wiesbaden/Mainz Position & Objectives & Responsibilities o Understanding and promoting the company's policy on Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). o To ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the business and complete all regulatory knowledge training where applicable in a timely fashion o Transferring given Documents and Templates to MS Word o Updating templates with defined Style guides and potentially provide input for the document design o Mapping and Embedding data-fields (preferrably AutoTag) o Support testing of documents Qualifications & Experience o Experienced in MS Word-Serial letter-Funktionality (ideally using AutoTag) o Experienced in formatting of Documents in MS Word, o Some experiences in document design and layout.
