Hi, I'm a CAD programmer from over 25 years. I'm knowing very well Autolisp, VBA and VB .Net. I have created many programs for different industries. if you look at my portfolio, I have created a similar program for a client (but much more complicated than yours). It's name is GES Count. From block inside a drawing, all the blocks are count and export in a SQLite database. From there the user can add additional component and export the result in PDF, Excel or as a table in AutoCAD. The program was created using VB .Net You project is more simple so it will be easy for me to create the program you want. I think it will be easier to code it in VB .Net because it is much more powerful that Autolisp for this kind of program but if you absolutely want Autolisp I think it is possible but it will be more complicated because dynamic blocs are a little bit tricky in programming.
