i need a designer who can build simple,awesome and user friendly website for the below system

Overview: “WorkBook” is marketplace system enables normal users who called “Service requester” to post their service request in User friendly/Visual manner and by using the predefined activities categories available in the system, these requests Service requests will be called “Jobs” and will be available for the relevant service providers who are registered in this system System will have the below types of users 1. Service Requesters: Who posts the service request (Should Be Registered). 2. Service Provider: Who provides the service (Should Be Registered). 3. Administrator: Who admins and manages the system (Admin panel). 4. Back office: Who manages all operations tasks (Operational panel). How It Works In Brief: Service requester who are registered in the system as “Service Requester” will fill the job details (Job form) and once job is posted then system will show them on the relevant “Service Providers” timeline so service provider can submit their offers, chat with service requester or call him (if service requester allow them to call him), service requester in turn can accept or decline offers, in case service requester has accepted any offer then system will generate “Contract” for this job which has job and offer details. Job will have different status as defined flow as mentioned in Job section, System design will be somehow similar to Facebook with respect of having dynamic timeline where job will be displayed to enable each type of user to interact with job Charging Mechanism: Service requester will post a job by free while service providers need to subscribe with one of system plans in order to receive and interact with the jobs, for sake of promoting the system 4 service providers will get free plan for specific time for one time only and upon registering in the system for the fist time.
