PSD to XHTML (or HTML5) / CSS

Hello,

Need two have two PSDs coded that are pretty similiar. One is for the homepage and one is for the subpage.

I need at least XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS2 and as much text as possible (try not to use images).

I've attached two JPG's so you can see what the site looks like. The design is not final but very close.

Let me know if you need more information.
