Project Manager (Software & Website Design)

We need a project manager to help the communication between our clients and our coders. Our clients submit a project description for software & website design directly to our coders.

Problem is....most people don't know how to write a proper project description. I am looking for one or two individuals with prior project management experience who know how to take a concept and present it to a coder in a proficient manner so that the job can be completed correctly in a timely manner.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for initiating contact with our clients, personally welcoming them to our business, provide daily updates to our clients, take a rough draft project description and re-write it so a coder can understand (step by step) what to do with the assignment.

## Deliverables

Our clients hire us to produce software, websites, PLR products, etc...

Our clients tend to submit vague concepts which needs to be broken down to a clear step-by-step process for our coders to work with.

For example, one description may be something like this:

"Create two websites with different graphic designs so we can split test the best design. Develop an admin panel for us to log in to so we can see the results and switch which design we want to display at any given moment"

.....see how vague this can be. Obviously the information provided is too limited. As a project Manager, your scope would be to contact the client for additional information (preferably by telephone). Get a better description of what they want...then re-write the project description accordingly.

Our coders are talented but they may not know what a "split test" even is. The coder can surely program the description as long as they know what the function of a split test is...coding it and knowing what it is are two different things.

Same thing with a One-Time-Offer, which is common now in online marketing. The coder needs to know exactly HOW the OTO would work and under which circumstances. Is it based on cookies? Is it based on visiting a site prior? YOU as the project manager need to question everything from the client because our clients will probably not know the best way. Neither will the coder. Our coders are trained to code by description.

If you think you have the knack for communicating beween business owners and coders and can direct both parties...we need you.

Our clients hire us for 40 hour blocks of time which is our minimum. That doesn't mean that YOU will spend 40 hours. You just need to make sure that our coders have 40 hours worth of work and write a project description that will help facilitate this.

Please make your bid based on PER CLIENT. We are using RAC to find long term partners. Your first couple of clients will come from repeat purchases from us via RAC and later if we find that we are a fit, would love to continue our venture independently.

Please bid accordingly. Your bid will NOT determine your pay for future work if we mutually decide to continue independently. Make your bid based on a trial basis so we can use this time at RAC to see if we have a fit.
