Data entry excel Names & Phone Numbers

Hi guys, I require a person to extract the NAMES and PHONE NUMBERS from the website below, in a format that I can add to my IPHONE CONTACTS. I need to be able to have it set up in the 'GROUP SMS' App if possible, (or similar) so that I wont have to individually enter each name into a Group. If you know of any way that GROUPS can be set up in the IPHONE i would appreciate your advice. I require the GROUPS set up per each STATE (of Australia) The website is: [Removed by Admin] and I require every name listed in each category... For EXAMPLE: the group for "NSW TRAINERS" will include all the names and numbers listed in the links: Metropolitan Provincial Mid North South East Hunter and N.W. Central Districts Southern Districts Northern Rivers Western Districts Far West And so on for all the other States... Please check my attach document and send me sample .
