Analyze some Data

Hi We are MF brokers. To service our customer, we call our customer on the transactions which are rejected for any reason. The rejections of a older date may sometime come on a later date also. We can extract rejection file from our software as attached. I want the tool to work like this: Creation of data base after removing duplicates: 1. Whenever we upload the attached excel file, it check if any records already existing in data base (with same SCHEME, FOLIO, NAVDATE, AMOUNT - if all of this matches with exisitng record in data base - it should be considered duplicate and not entered in data base) Using Data base to update remarks: All records in data base has to be updated with a remark - in two columns - Short Remarks & Long Remarks. (Short remarks will be in drop down - pre defined by admin pannel of tool), Long remarks will be subjective. So when the person sitting to call customer open the tool, and click next, the next record with no remarks should come in front of him. When he does so, all records with same mobile number in the data base (either with filled remarks or non filled remarks should come in the display panel below the record. He should be able to change / fill remarks of those records too) User should also see the number of pending record. The data base should be fast enough, and hosted on our already purchased hosting. Right now while developement we can have it hosted on the developer portal. Admin Panel As user can upload data and view one by one. Admin should be able to: 1. Add / less / delete / modify short remarks 2. Download data in excel on basis of any filter. 3. RM is also mentioned in excel file, RM should be able to view all rejections which belongs to their clients. Kindly quote for the same, i believe its simple. Sample data is attached.
