Person required to call clients with overdue invoices. Please provide your hourly rate. Experience required: • Must be able to call Australian phone numbers including Australian mobile numbers. Your quote must include this in your hourly rate. • 1-4 hours per week every Tuesday or Wednesday. The calls to be made anytime between 9am to 5pm Melbourne Australian time (AEST) • Pay her hour, dependent on an hourly excel spreadsheet being filled out & returned via email • Have access to phone, email, excel & internet • Experience in customer service roles desirable but not essential • Must have fluent english with a friendly professional phone manner • Be able to follow a telephone script • Be able to send & receive emails with attachments, log information into an excel spreadsheet • Be able to search for company information on the internet • Be available for a Skype interview & provide references
