We are after customer service agents to join our expanding team! Do you love providing top quality fast customer support? This is a full time role! 8-10 hours per day. You must be available to work these hours below; - 2pm to 10pm (Philippines time) - 10pm to 6am (Philippines time) Responsibilities: - Answer incoming & make out going calls (You will be required to have a fast internet connection) - Ensuring a high level of Customer Service standards are met at all time in a professional manner - Ability to manage email, phone and live chat in conjunction with one another Key Requirements: - Experience working in a call center environment - Hard working attitude and a team player - Excellent English skills required - Fast learner - Problem solve - Focused & dedicated - Self motivated - Honest Bid to get started!

I worked for a total of 7years in BPO companies and a year and a half as a CSR for online stores. I can say that I'm well versed when it comes to dealing with customers. I always see to it that I put my best foot forward for every customer I handle. I also handled live chat with customers. I can do multi-tasking as well. Hi, i saw the post and i am very interested in you proposal, i hace more than 10 years of call center experience including customer service and sales, I’ve worked in sales campaigns for dish network, Obama care programs, tiger direct products. I have provided customer service to sprint, first data, dish network, Santander bank and a couple of more entities and i have no problem at all fulfilling the task, i have high speed internet 10mbps, fast computer and a good environment at home, my question here is how much is the bid in US dollars as I don’t know the currency provided.
