Candidates must be detail oriented and possess excellent writing, communication, organizational and computer skills, and be proficient in outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel. Responsibilities include administrative support to the organization and HR Manager, QuickBooks and Accounting is a plus. Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team, as well as possess a sense of humor. Responsibilities Basic data entry Ability to multi-task and follow directions Manages communications via e-mail, phone calls, etc. Reviews, analyzes and reports on spending and make suggestions. Ability to work well with others, good communication is a must! Requirements Outstanding organisational and time management skills Qualified candidates from USA Excellent verbal and written communications skills This is an immediate need.
