About Boardable
Boardable is a fast-growing software company with an office in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis. Our mission is to dramatically improve the experience of serving on a nonprofit board of directors, and to help organizations better engage with their boards and committees. We are currently looking for someone to support our accounting and sales/marketing functions.
Job Purpose
The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining Boardable’s accounting records according to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). In addition, responsibilities include data entry to support sales and marketing, as well as basic data analysis and spreadsheet creation and maintenance. The person in this role reports to the VP of Operations and works regularly with the Chief Financial Officer and sales and marketing teams. The position will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for an increase in hours as workload and availability allow.
