Graphic facelift for website

I am looking for someone that can give my site ([login to view URL]) a much needed facelift. The most important item for me is graphical design. I am well versed in web programing but have very little talent in the art department. Items I am looking for... New flashy logo (Logo must have a Dragon and Fire so please be familiar with fantasy art) Clean crisp web page layout that will work for home page, forums and user control panels. Optional extra for the ambitious person would be some extra banners I can use for cross site links, and images for the forums. I will be purchaseing Invision Powered Board for the forums so knowlege in its skinning would be a plus. Please provide information in your bids as too items you are able and willing to include at the bidded price. I would also appreciate samples of your art and or web design work so I can ensure we can see eye to eye on the project. I will exceed buget level for the right type of work, but the next buget range goes to high (I was thinking in between small and medium.
